Friends of the Library sainte genevieve county library(click to see larger image) Friends of the Library is a non-profit, charitable group formed to support libraries in communities.  It accomplishes this through fundraising, advocacy, volunteerism, and programs of all kinds for children and adults.
For 2016, the programs for adults will include training on computers, smartphones, and other tech gadgets.  A+ students from local high schools will provide the training.  For children, there will be story time with crafts (for children ages 1-12) and reading programs.
The Friends of the Library welcomes volunteers.  If interested, please contact the library for more information or the organizer of group, Bernice Noble at (573) 535-6380.
Meetings
Meeting Times The next meeting of the Friends of the Library will be on Mon., June 12 at 6 p.m. This will be held at the Library.
